✔ Go to your apn settings and you must input like this;
APN Name: Martng
APN: dac.ng
Proxy: 10.71.170.5
Port: 8080
Now save, if the Apn is slow for you, then use your default Apn.

All you have to do is either use a modem or activate your connected android phone hotspot and connect to WI-FI using your computer - windows 10, 7 or 8.
